JARS Customer Coordinator - Jars Cannabis : Job Details

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for creating positive customer experiences? JARS Cannabis is looking for a Customer Coordinator to join our team and help us elevate our customer service standards across multiple review platforms and communication channels. This role goes beyond the desk - we need someone energetic, flexible, and ready to represent us at occasional marketing events.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Leafly, Weedmaps, Google, Yelp, and other platforms.
• Investigate and resolve customer incidents with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
• Maintain a strong brand voice while addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
• Call customers directly to rebuild trust and provide personalized solutions.
• Participate in marketing events, showcasing your problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for engaging with the public.

Must-Haves:

• 21 years of age or older (required).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. as needed.
• Comfortable standing for long periods during events.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate marketing events.
• Outstanding communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
