Job Title: Java Backend Developer Location: New York City, NY or Pittsburgh, PA (3 days onsite/week) MQ and Kafka experience is mandatoryJob Description: 10 years of proven experience in Java full stack developer. Proficiency in Java programming language. Expertise in Java EE or Java Spring Framework Microservices for backend development Java 8 and above. Experience with ORM frame Such as hibernate or JPA. Experience with database management system like MySQL PostgreSQL mongo or Oracle. Experience with Spring security oAuth JWT SSLTLS. Must have Integrations with RabbitMQ WSO2 Spring Security. Experience with Kafka. Java Evaluation Criteria: The outlined key factors for evaluating Java candidates : emphasizing hands-on knowledge, core Java concepts, multithreading, design patterns, messaging systems like MQ and Kafka, and DevOps processes. Also highlighted the importance of Spring ecosystem knowledge and database concepts. Set the expectation with Java candidates that they will be asked to write small code snippets during the interview. Ensure Java candidates have hands-on experience with MQ or Kafka, especially for those with 8+ years of experience.
