Also help with new Financing Group strategic platform development Skills & Requirements Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science. 5+ years of experience with a good mix of development and team leading Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment Self-starter, self-motivated, able to lead a team Strong in Java and related technology including Spring, Hibernate, JSP, JavaScript, XML, JMS, JMX. Experience in designing web based application and/or enterprise application integration. Knowledge of any RDBMS - Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2
