Java GUI Developer (JavaFX/Swing)100% Remote PositionBase Salary Range: $155,000 - $185,000We are seeking a highly skilled Java GUI Developer to join our team. The Java GUI Developer will be responsible for performing UI development using Java, JavaFx or Java Swing. This role will also utilize MVC (Model-View-Controller) and Atlassian tools for workflow.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain GUI/UI components using Java, JavaFx or Swing.Implement MVC architecture in development processes.GIS-related development tasks.Use Atlassian tools to manage workflow and tasks.Support maritime development projects, including ship control systems, surveillance data, and radar.Essential Skills:Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance is required (able to process interim clearances)Proficiency in Java GUI/UI development.Experience with Java, JavaFx, Java Swing.Understanding of MVC architecture.Familiarity with Atlassian tools.Comfortable working with Windows 10.Development experience with C++ is preferred.Experience with GIS is highly preferred.Holding an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is preferred.Work Environment:This position is 100% remote.
