This person will find and sort out existing pain points. This role will also be defining process and improvements to the general process while they are implementing enhancements using Javelina (JV) Experience in Client Billing for a TPA (Third Party Administrator) a must Working in JV (Javelina) a must Insurance Premium (aka Client) Side of billing (Not membership) Billing Process Adjustments Sign Off Coordinating processes to get bills generated Manage Chaos Detail Oriented Prefers hybrid but will consider remote
