Position: Product Support Representative ILocation: Remote EST Duration: 4 Months Job Description:Must have qualifications/experience:
  • Worked in tax operations before o Operational group experience
  • Mutual funds, dividends experience if no tax operations experience.
  • Retirements operations is also a plus.
  • CPA is not required.
  • We'd like to avoid new graduates. Operations type role not an accounting role Creating tax forms based on data, not doing taxes larger workload during time period for IRS deadlines with clients Duration 4 months Jan. 1 start date

  • Entry level role. Basic skills with little to basic level of proficiency.
  • Is gaining a general understanding in one or more FIS products.
  • Generally, performs single-function tasks that tend to be of small size, limited complexity and scope.
  • Works under close supervision with no latitude for independent judgment.
  • Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience.
  • Typically requires 0-1 year of experience. Typically reports to a Product Support Manager.
