Learn more about our progress here: Job Responsibilities: *Learn and perform all aspects required for the oven departments. *Meet certification standards set by the company. *Learn to read and understand charts and oven data. *Able to work around chemicals. *Able to work in hot and cold environments. *Lead Team Members on a daily basis. *Load and unload product from ovens. *Follow USDA guidelines and GMP's. *Work 8-10 hours per shift and weekends as scheduled. *Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification *Must be able to learn to complete basic audits including HACCP monitoring and verification, SSOP preoperative and operative sanitation monitoring, weight control checks, on line quality audits. *Must possess basic math skills. *Must be able to read, write and be able to communicate with management. *Must be able to maintain accurate and legible documentation of all assigned responsibilities. *Must be willing to work towards becoming knowledgeable in product specifications, GMP policies, SSOP procedures and HACCP programs. *Good attendance is essential; the applicant's prior attendance record will be considered. *Must be able to work for extended periods of time in a cool environment. *Must be able to work independently and with others with minimal supervision. *Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
