Jira Application Administrator (100% Remote/Tempo Timesheets)

Optomi, in partnership with a large global enterprise company, is seeking a Jira Application Support Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support large enterprise customer with a demanding SLA that spans across multiple time zones, countries etc.
  • Analyzing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Jira workflows and dashboards
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with all parties.
  • Troubleshoot complex distributed systems that involve Citrix, VDI, Linux server, AD, MFA, and MySQL Servers.
  • Drive and collaborate across multiple business units to get provide solutions
