Job Captain - Green Key Resources : Job Details

We are actively seeking a Job Captain for one of our top clients in Boston. Ideal candidates will have exposure to Mixed-Use or Multifamily Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Oversee the work of junior staff and provide mentorship and guidance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve design and technical issues.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
