A hip and dynamic Interior Architecture studio is seeking a Job Captain to join their San Francisco studio! The ideal candidate is passionate about all aspects of design and production, and has 5+ years of experience working on on multiple small to mid-size workplace interiors projects.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership for all plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction
- Create drawings and details for technically complex interiors and building renovation projects
- Coordinate construction documents with designers, consultants, engineers and vendors
- Attends site meetings and RFI responses
- Supervise design, coordinate quality assurance, and documentation of several design staff
- Directs and develops construction solutions with the General Contractor
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience working in the architecture industry
- Degree in architecture or related field from an accredited university
- Licensure a plus
- Technical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of California buildings codes and compliance
- Critical thinker, detail orientated, and quality communicator
