Job Captain - Workplace Interiors - Bespoke Careers : Job Details

A hip and dynamic Interior Architecture studio is seeking a Job Captain to join their San Francisco studio! The ideal candidate is passionate about all aspects of design and production, and has 5+ years of experience working on on multiple small to mid-size workplace interiors projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for all plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction
• Create drawings and details for technically complex interiors and building renovation projects
• Coordinate construction documents with designers, consultants, engineers and vendors
• Attends site meetings and RFI responses
• Supervise design, coordinate quality assurance, and documentation of several design staff
• Directs and develops construction solutions with the General Contractor

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience working in the architecture industry
• Degree in architecture or related field from an accredited university
• Licensure a plus
• Technical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of California buildings codes and compliance
• Critical thinker, detail orientated, and quality communicator
