Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Job Coach and Team Mentor at Rapid Response Staffing Solutions. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing job coaching, mentoring team members, offering career counseling, and facilitating communication. Some work from home is acceptable within this role.

Training and Development

This role will also be responsible for the training and development of our teams, opportunities for skill training and certifications as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements
