Job Summary Candidates may be eligible for hiring bonus up to $2,500!* This posting will be used to fill multiple permanent part-time positions (Guaranteed 30 hours a week!)The shifts available are rotating which includes day, evening, and weekend hours. We also offer shift differential for hours between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am! This position is located in Eden Prairie, MN The job coach assists individuals with cognitive/intellectual disabilities or related conditions in obtaining employment, teaching them their job and then provide on-going coaching while they work. Job Coaches also assist individuals in the community and at the program site to increase and develop skills through volunteer work and community activities. Implementation of services will be in both the community and at the program site. The job coach also acts as a liaison between local businesses (employers) and program participants. This position also assists the program to meet Department of Labor, MN State licensing and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards. Responsibilities include: •Teaching and coaching program participants' job and independent living skills, and on-going job support. •Act as a liaison between businesses for program and community based opportunities for program participants. •Document supported person's activities, progress and care by recording, summarizing and maintaining data in standard forms and reports. •Participate in daily operations of the site to meet licensure, legal and applicable accreditation requirements and to adhere to established CBS/MSOCS policies and procedures. *Current State of Minnesota Employees are not eligible for the hiring bonus.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Must be at least18 years of age
- Current and valid driver's license
- Demonstrate your ability to read and understand what they read, write sample reports, do basic arithmetic, and read and interpret charts and graphs

- Clear communication skills
- Basic computer skills
