TITLE: Global Compensation Director (hybrid role)

Global Compensation Director needed for a GROWING global company – this is a NEW ROLE due to the company's continued growth!

SUMMARY:
  • Design, develop, and implement the long-term strategic plan for the company's global compensation programs
  • Key player in helping to create best in class compensation programs and tools
  • Reports to the Head of Total Rewards
  • Leads the global compensation team
  • Will work closely with company leaders
    • REQUIREMENTS:
  • 10+ years of Compensation experience including a strong background in all aspects of global compensation (i.e., broad based, sales/incentive, etc. compensation)
  • Experience leading global compensation teams
  • Lots of experience working in publicly traded global companies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
