The ICON Studio is seeking a Senior Associate, ICON Studio Product Logistics that will be responsible for the physical product logistics & job initiation of all merchandise received at the studio to support the execution of premium, accurate and on-time image creation from line plan through retail and ecommerce from end to end.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a team player that always thinks ahead to accurately and efficiently support the daily inbound & outbound tasks that are required in preparation for photo production within the studio.You must understand photo studio logistics and inventory management so that you can coordinate effectively and drive continuous process improvements. Qualified candidates will be highly detail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitude, able to take initiative, be a problem-solver and have excellent communication skills. The candidate should enjoy coordinating and overseeing processes to completion and must be able to work in excel and inventory management systems.The candidate must also have the ability to contribute to a team culture of continuous improvement and be a part of a highly engaged merchandise management team. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON If this is you, you will check in merchandise upon arrival in the studio and initiate jobs for production. You will also coordinate the physical flow of all merchandise arriving in studio to ensure end to end inventory accuracy from delivery through outbound shipping.You will support a team that forecasts and prepares inbound product for photography and/or video. You and your teammates will prepare and stage product batches for photography and provide real-time inbound batching reports to inform photo crew booking teams.A typical day/week looks like:
