As the Manufacturing Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the company's production planning, materials management, logistics operations, and personnel management. This role demands a high level of strategic planning and excellent execution skills to ensure optimization of production efficiency, cost control, and quality standards.Responsibilities:Essential Functions: Strategic Production Oversight:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of long-term production capabilities and develop strategies to optimize the output of new and existing product lines.
  • Manage production demands in alignment with corporate objectives, ensuring efficient capacity utilization and flawless execution of customer orders.
Materials and Supply Chain Management:
  • Design and implement a robust materials supply framework to guarantee uninterrupted production flow.
  • Proactively manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to safeguard against material shortages and optimize inventory levels.
Operational Excellence in Logistics:
  • Enforce stringent safety protocols within all warehouse and logistics operations to uphold high safety and quality standards.
  • Strategically manage the flow of materials to production lines and control logistics costs through innovative supply chain solutions.
Delivery and Distribution Efficiency:
  • Lead logistics teams in executing seamless delivery strategies that ensure timely customer service and manage operational costs effectively.
  • Continuously seek improvements in transport and customs processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Advanced Logistics System Planning:
  • Oversee the optimization of logistics systems to improve the physical and informational flow of operations, enhancing overall efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Implement strategic initiatives such as automation and process reengineering to elevate the logistics function.
Leadership and Team Development:
  • Build and refine organizational structures to support business growth and employee development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and capability enhancement within the team.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing management role, with a proven track record in a related industry. Extensive knowledge of end-to-end production planning processes. Capable of managing all stages of production planning, from initial scheduling through to final product delivery. Skilled in managing material control systems and overseeing comprehensive logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow and cost-effective distribution. Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion. This includes excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position.Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt). Experience in the new energy or automotive battery sectors.Physical Requirements: Ability to move around work sites, which may include walking, standing, and climbing ladders or stairs.
