NoJOB SUMMARY Operations CoordinatorJOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Provides operations support to management. This position is accountable to prepare accurate, complete and timely information pertaining to the operations department. The Operations Coordinator is expected to proactively identify and bring to the attention of the Operations Manager and Branch Manager any issues that may have a potential impact on the fleet balance both in the yard and on site. Timely identification is essential. Pay Rate: $20.00 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Ensure the reliability of the Equipment Inventory, through the control and supervision of deliveries and returns made for Aluma's clients, as well as the equipment movement of the Repair and Main Yards. 2. Guarantee that the delivered and returned equipment counts are 100% reliable (according to the requirements). 3. Ensure that the type of equipment being delivered or returned by the client is correct (100% reliable). 4. Monitor the compliance of established procedures for yard audits. 5. Conduct the inventory movement control between warehouses; guarantee that the equipment is not moved from the inventory without his authorization. 6. ssists in creating and fulfilling stock transfer orders. 7. ssists in creating non-rental fleet purchases requisitions (yard supplies and finished goods inventory) 8. Verifies goods receipt and verifies invoices with reference to above. 9. Enters picked quantities into delivery documents (ship and return) 10. Verifies goods issued and goods received (shipping and receiving) 11. t the request of the Operations Manager, may source equipment from within the company. 12. Solicit multiple freight quotes and arrange freight services to manage shipping and receiving expenses. 13. Maintains assembly/disassembly order information. 14. Creates material movement transactions (re: assembly, disassembly, repair, damage) 15. t the request of Branch Manager, assists with job closeouts. 16. Responsible to produce, maintain, and manage the Project Delivery & Return Schedules. 17. Monitor Open Order Report and Outstanding Returns Report. 18. t the request of Branch Manager, assists with Cross-Applications for Inventory Adjustments 19. In addition to the Operations functions there are a number of admin duties; office supplies, answer phones, outgoing mail and fed-ex, etc. 20. Should possess a good working knowledge of Inventory Control. 21. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong working capability of company's inventory management software (Nextgen, Profield, etc) and/or be a quick learner with computer programs; intermediate or stronger skills with Excel and Microsoft Word. The individual must also be highly efficient and fast with computer programs such as excel and various company-based computer systems.
