Location: Itasca, IL 60143 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start time - Must be available for overtime (end time varies between 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM) Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour PeopleShare is looking for reliable and hardworking warehouse associate to assist in delivering tile products to client locations. If you're looking for steady hours, great pay, and an active job-this is for you! What You'll Do:

• Load and unload tile materials (up to 65 lbs.) using a dolly or cart
• Ensure timely and safe deliveries while providing top-notch customer service
• Follow all safety protocols
• Assist with rolling, folding, and securing carpet cuts
• Help re-stack and transfer materials to smaller pallets
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick materials and supplies as needed
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean workspace
• Communicate effectively with the driver and customers for smooth deliveries

What We're Looking For:

• Physically capable - Able to lift and move materials throughout the day
• Dependable & punctual - Ready to start at 7:00 AM and stay until the job is done
• Team player - Willing to jump in and help where needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred - The carpet team lead primarily speaks Spanish
• No forklift experience needed! Just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
