The Practice:

• Successful physician-owned single-specialty orthopedic group
• Group currently consists of 20+ orthopedic specialists with mid-level providers
• Walk into an established and very busy hand surgery specialty practice from the start
• Ideal candidate will want to have microvascular/flaps as part of their practice, including both artery and nerve repair
• Call 1:7 days, at a level 2 trauma center with trauma MDs to hand off cases
• Hand call only
• Partnership track with reasonable buy-in that includes equity in real-estate, ASC, DME, MRI, and Therapy services
• Work out of a 4-room outpatient surgery center
• Group set up with therapy, DME, and MRI all in-house in state -of- the art facility
• Clinical research available, if desired
