Job Description Job Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Jr Data Analyst that is 100% remote. As a Jr Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in transitioning reports from Crystal Reports to Argos, performing detailed tests on production reports, handling data entry and analytics tasks, supporting governance initiatives, and working collaboratively to analyze system discrepancies. Responsibilities: • Transitioning reports from Crystal Reports to Argos, ensuring a smooth shift without compromising data integrity. • Performing rigorous testing on a variety of production reports, identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies and documenting findings. • Undertaking data entry and analytics tasks, with a focus on precise and accurate reporting. • Supporting governance initiatives, including the organization of report ownership and workflows. • Collaborating with the team to analyze system discrepancies, documenting results and working towards resolution. • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • Proven experience with Crystal Reports is essential • Proficiency in data entry is required • Experience with data reporting is mandatory • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary • Proficiency in statistical analysis software and databases • Excellent skills in database design and data architecture • Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and data mining • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
