Jr Data Engineer - Phaxis : Job Details

Data Infrastructure Development:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure the integrity and efficiency of data flow from various sources to our data warehouse.

Data Integration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and consolidate data from multiple systems, databases, and external sources.

Data Modeling:

• Model, build, and iterate on the data model used to combine and refine the raw data obtained into usable data products.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems and queries to ensure high efficiency and reliability. Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and cost while enhancing efficiency across the organization.

Data Quality and Governance:

• Implement data quality checks and governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions that meet their needs. Train and support team members and stakeholders in the use of business intelligence and reporting tools.

Documentation:

• Document and expose data assets in a way that is easy to understand and use for internal stakeholders, enabling self-service analytics and ensuring a single source of truth for analytics.
