Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Account Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing them to our products or services, and qualifying leads to help expand our customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in sales, develop communication skills, and make a direct impact on company growth. The Junior Account Manager reports directly to Senior Account Manager.

Primary Functions

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads based on targeted sales strategies.
  • Strategize with Senior Account Manager to identify key areas for growth opportunities.
  • Communicate the value of our products and services effectively to potential customers.
  • Achieve a daily target of 70 contacts, including new accounts, dormant accounts, and retained accounts.
  • Record customer details and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide feedback to the Senior Account Manager on customer responses.
  • Attend regional and company sales meetings, and other travel as needed.

Knowledge and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (training will be provided).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive, professional, and persistent.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excel in collaboration, takes initiative, and has strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Have strong PC skills (MC Office).

Pay Range: $23.00-$27.00/hr
