What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Junior Agent, Talent Brand Partnerships to join the IAG Strategic Marketing and Brand Partnerships division to help secure sponsorship opportunities for the company's diverse roster of entertainment talent and identify new business verticals. This individual considers themselves an expert in all things pop culture and recognizes the value that comes with operating within the environment of a full-service talent agency.
An ideal candidate must be a strong multitasker who is detail-oriented and has great follow through, as they will be tasked with end-to-end deal execution for client partnerships. Initiative and collaboration are two of the core elements of this position's responsibilities - you must be able to work independently and as a part of the larger department team, with a willingness to jump in on projects of all sizes.
Duties
Generate, cultivate and implement branding opportunities for company's existing client rosterProactively pitch opportunities to appropriate contacts in the marketplace based on client needs (i.e. brands, ad agencies, marketing companies, PR firms, etc.)Build and maintain strong knowledge of IAG's agents, growth strategy, and A-list talent across film, television, music, and comedyDevelop, manage and nurture new business partnerships along with client relationshipsStay informed of industry trends, events and deals with an eye for exploring opportunities to develop existing clients' businessServe as a representative for clients when negotiating a new deal, contract extensions or identifying branded opportunitiesSkills And Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and passion for brand partnershipsStrong understanding of general landscape of entertainment industryProven experience leading and negotiating brand partnership opportunitiesEffective communication skills with an ability to adapt to varying needs and situationsCreative mind, entrepreneurial, self-starter well versed in navigating client-driven ideasProven ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with little supervisionImpeccable time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detailStrong work ethic with a great attitude; calm and organized under pressureSolid negotiation and persuasion skills throughout all levels of agency and agency clientsKnowledge of social media trends and a strong understanding of both existing and emerging social platformsEducation And Experience
3 - 5 years experience in talent endorsements/brand partnerships, preferably at a talent agency or within entertainment industryPossess a solid understanding and track record of developing successful brand partnerships and opportunitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace requiredAssociates and/or bachelor's degree from accredited college or university preferredProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop a plusPerks and Benefits
