Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field.
- Prior experience working on maintenance, build fixes to small size projects of 50100 hours
- EPIC Ambulatory CertificationPREFERRED
- EPIC Healthy Planet Certificate - PREFERRED
- Certificates in other Epic Outpatient Modules - PREFERRED
- Knowledge of areas that integrate with Cadence, including check-in, registration, benefits, referrals, PCP assignment, and orders
- Knowledge of the client areas function and systems, technology alternatives, and ability to work effectively with client and Information Technology Management and staff.
- Knowledge of areas that integrate with Ambulatory, clinical software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution
- Ability to work in a complex multi-communication-channel environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams
- Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.)
Job Description The Junior Analyst, Epic Ambulatory Application works as the tertiary support contact for the Ambulatory (Clinical) Application. Participates in all phases of the system development life cycle including development of use cases and evaluation of software solutions. Works closely with the interface project manager, application teams, and technical teams in developing workflows and troubleshooting reported issues. The Junior Epic Ambulatory role is a full time role that will require flexibility of schedules of working hours. Hours may be subject to change to support the application during upgrades and on call.
