JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYResponsible for assisting with all aspects of organization marketing/sales, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists the Executive Director/Administrator and the Community Resources Liaisons in establishing marketing goals and volume projections.
  • Continuously conducts monthly marketing reports.
  • Employs soft marketing and promotional initiatives to assist the marketing department in achieving volume projections.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
  • Attends and prepares marketing meetings minutes.
  • Assists patients with Telehealth appointments.
  • Identifies opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs, including deliveries, complete paperwork, obtaining feedback, etc.
  • Follow up on supplemental orders and Form 485, including faxing and uploading.
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Freedom Home Health and Hospice Care Services Inc. markets including government agencies, major paper groups, key referrals sources, and competitor's market positioning.
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by Freedom Home Health and Hospice Care Services Inc.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field preferred.
  • One (1) year experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in hospice care operations preferred.
  • Ability to deal tactfully with customers and the community.
  • Demonstrates good communication skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
