Job Description
  • Assist in organizing and managing commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Support overall project financial management, including creating and maintaining financial projections.
  • Allocate estimates within the accounting system and manage cost codes.
  • Approve invoices, generate monthly billings, and oversee budgets.
  • Handle financial tracking, accounting, change orders, and schedule management.
  • Maintain budgets for trade partners, subcontractors, and suppliers; coordinate their selection.
  • Oversee billings, contract creation, and buyouts.
  • Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to manage all phases of construction, including site visits.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Build and maintain strong, high-touch client relationships.
  • Uphold high standards of quality, safety, risk management, and compliance both on and offsite.
  • Attend assigned meetings and training sessions.
  • Successfully complete assigned projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience as a Project Engineer or construction intern, ideally in commercial or industrial projects.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
