The Junior Consulting Associate, Data and Visualization supports large, complex information technology (IT) programs in evolving technology and supports data analysis and visualization to improve both mission and technology results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on a high-performing team. Candidates have at least 2 years of technology, consulting, and/or data analysis and visualization experience and a strong interest in supporting government clients. They have the ability to support a wide range of technology and program support services and special projects.
Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment.

Total Rewards: Salary is just one element of our Total Rewards which includes compensation, benefits, bonuses, professional development, and other career opportunities. The projected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $112,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. At Arc Aspicio, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
