Job Title: Dynatrace DQL Dashboard Specialist Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Pay: $100 We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace DQL Dashboard Specialist to join our team and help drive performance monitoring, analytics, and reporting capabilities across our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Dynatrace, specifically utilizing DQL to create dynamic, insightful dashboards that deliver key metrics and visualizations to support decision-making, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize custom dashboards using Dynatrace's DQL (Dynatrace Query Language) to provide clear, actionable insights into system performance, availability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT operations, security, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into actionable dashboard designs.
• Design and implement data queries and visualizations using Dynatrace's DQL to monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and business-critical services.
• Optimize and fine-tune queries to ensure that dashboards run efficiently without affecting system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data retrieval, dashboard rendering, and query performance.
• Integrate Dynatrace data with other monitoring tools and platforms to provide a holistic view of system health.
• Educate internal teams on best practices for using Dynatrace dashboards and queries for ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Stay up to date with the latest Dynatrace features, best practices, and industry trends to continually enhance dashboard functionality.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Dynatrace, including hands-on expertise in using DQL for custom query development.
• Strong understanding of application performance monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with key metrics such as latency, response times, error rates, and resource utilization.
• Experience designing intuitive and visually appealing dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in query writing and optimization, with the ability to manage large sets of monitoring data.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation or extended functionality is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

• Dynatrace certification or training.
• Experience with other monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
