The Junior E-Commerce Digital Stylist will primarily be based on our Customer care team to ensure we are delivering a wholistic and consistent level of service, regardless of where the customer decides to shop. Digital Stylist will develop a profitable client base of online customers through digital campaigns and customer outreach. Digital Stylist will create a seamless virtual client experience utilizing the retail selling culture. COMPETENCIES:

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer + oversee all customer communication (phone, email, chat) and achieve desired KPIs, including customer satisfaction rating and overall response time
- Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results
- Meet personal sales goal
- Ensure an elevated level of sales and service is practiced
- Introduce web customers to alice + olivia selling culture through various methods of communication such as email, phone, live chat, and text messaging
- Mirror retail CRM campaigns to ensure we are executing an omni strategy
- Build and maintain repeat clientele by utilizing digital personal client book
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic matter, always prioritizing the customer experience
- Maintain knowledge of fashion trends; merchandise assortment, and vendor information
- Consistently demonstrate a professional, polished, and knowledgeable manner
- Partner with warehouse, e-commerce + retail teams to avoid and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and share feedback with all departments based on customer feedback and suggestions
- Coordinate with the warehouse to expedite order fulfillment using internal procedures and platforms.
