What You'll Do:

• Work with senior Estimators to develop accurate electrical estimates that meet project deadlines and company targets.
• Read blueprints, review bid documents, and identify discrepancies in project specifications.
• Take on a variety of bids, including design-build, design-assist, and plans/specifications.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and visit job sites to gather critical details for your estimates.
• Engage directly with clients during bid-walks and conference calls.
• Use industry tools like Bluebeam and ConEst to prepare accurate take-offs and scope calculations.
• Play a key role in project turnover and scope review meetings that set up our team for success.
• Maintain organized documentation for estimates, including supplier pricing and digital files.
• Provide support to field teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Assist in project management tasks such as buyouts, submittals, and maintaining Procore documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to contribute to a culture of teamwork and innovation.
