Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is essential in supporting the financial operations of the firm, including client onboarding, bank reconciliations, invoicing, lease management, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in real estate finance and property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Software Integration – Oversee the seamless onboarding of new clients onto our property management software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
  • Bank Reconciliation – Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity and support accurate reporting.
  • Invoice Management – Generate, review, and process invoices for tenants, vendors, and service providers in a timely manner.
  • Lease Administration – Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Onboarding & Management – Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and compliance standards are met.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis – Support the preparation of financial reports, expense tracking, and financial performance analysis.
  • Accounting & General Financial Support – Assist with accounts payable/receivable functions, payment processing, and other financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or property management (internships or relevant entry-level experience will be considered).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with clients and vendors professionally.
