**Job Description**

BAE Systems is looking for a junior level Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) (formerly Kofax TotalAgility (KTA)) Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate should have a background in software development and hands-on experience with TTA development and maintenance.The junior TTA Developer will work within the Application Solutions organization andcollaborate with technical leads, other developers, and internal business customers.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in computer information systems, computer science or another related field.

+ Minimum of two (2) years of work experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities of this position.

+ 2 years of hands-on experience with TTA development and maintenance support.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

+ Design and develop TTA solutions based on business requirements and best practices.

+ Configure, customize, and extend TTA platform functionality as needed.

+ Integrate TTA with other systems and applications using APIs and Webservices.

+ Develop and maintain documentation for TTA solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.

+ Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users.

+ Perform troubleshooting and debugging of TTA solutions to identify and resolve issues.

+ Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in TTA and related areas.

+ Experience in developing & supporting TTA 7.x and above based solutions.

+ Working knowledge and understanding of TTA architecture, components, and capabilities.

+ Experience developing, customizing, configuring, and enhancing TTA workflows, processes, and forms to automate and optimize business processes.

+ Familiarity with developing custom scripts and extensions using .NET, C#, or JavaScript to extend the functionality of TTA applications.

+ Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.

+ Familiarity with document capture, OCR, and workflow automation concepts.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ TTA certification is a plus.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Ability to learn and adopt new technologies.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Ability to perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Bachelor's Degree, minimum of 3 years work experience or equivalent experience.

+ Experience with a service management ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Maximo)

+ Work experience in the U.S. Federal Government or Department of Defense (DoD).

+ Familiarity with the SDLC used in Waterfall or Agile (Scrum) delivery methodologies.

+ Experience with other programming languages: ASP.NET, Python, jQuery, SQL.

+ Experience with C# and Visual Basic for developing/consuming .NET assemblies and WCF Services.

+ Proficient with using locators and scripts in Transformation Designer for Classification and Extraction purpose.

+ Familiarity and/or experience of developing & supporting TTA Capture processes.

+ Familiarity and/or experience in developing/consuming REST APIs, JSON and SOAP Web services from TTA and .NET applications.

+ Familiarity and/or experience dealing with XML, JSON and CSV, SQL data.

+ Experience with SQL Server 2016 or 2019.

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $61830 - $105120

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
