We are looking to add a Junior Payroll and HR Administrator to our Operations team in Orlando.

Payroll & HR:
The Junior Payroll and HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in the operations team by coordinating between the Payroll and HR departments. This role takes a great deal of attention to detail, efficient time management and prioritizing urgent tasks. The HR and Payroll department work closely together to ensure accurate and timely onboarding of employees and payroll processing. The job duties are split between assisting payroll at the beginning of the week and then assisting HR toward the end of the week.
While this is a junior role split between 2 areas of the business, this position allows for professional growth by having your hands in multiple facets of the company. Transitioning between HR and Payroll gives a broader view of the operations functions and will help accelerate growth within the company.
This role requires basic understanding of payroll processes, HR functions and communication with employees across the country. General excel knowledge is also a requirement as most of our tasks are completed within excel. Familiarity with background checks, drug screenings and I9's is also highly preferred as this will be some of the main HR tasks required. Entering timesheet and expense data into the payroll system will be the majority of the payroll work required but there is room for gaining more payroll experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skillset in either payroll or HR.
