About the Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the R&D team in the development of ophthalmic medical devices and drug delivery systems. You'll assist in coordinating projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring seamless communication across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Support the R&D team in managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineering, regulatory, clinical, and quality assurance.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and follow up on key tasks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, Gantt charts, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions.
• Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations, provide updates, and ensure project milestones are met.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of industry experience in project management within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotech.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in ophthalmology, drug delivery systems, or combination products.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and medical device development cycles.
