Junior Projects Operation Manager - Jost : Job Details

OverviewJST is currently seeking a Junior Projects Operation Manager to join our team. This position is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week onsite in San Antonio, TX. This person would be supporting the operations and product delivery of multiple projects in a major USAF human resource management IT portfolio. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.Jr Projects Operation Manager ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight of Capability Development Teams using Atlassian tools.Deliver day to day operational management assistance to Capability Development Teams.Ensure systems and processes under purview are well documented, flexible and robust.Coordinate unique Salesforce development activities for remote team.Evaluate processes across the portfolio seeking opportunities for innovation and automation.Engage with stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure capability delivery.Directly supervises 25+ developers, analysts, testers, system administrators, database administrators and configuration managers.Jr Projects Operation Manager Qualifications5+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or BusinessCAPM certification or PMP CertificationFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience with issue triage, analytics and reporting (e.g., after action, lessons learned, etc.)3+ years Microsoft Office productivity suite experience (O365, Teams, Sharepoint)Jr Projects Operation Manager Desired QualificationsScrum Master CertificationFamiliarity with DoD and industry software development life cycles for Oracle EBS, .Net & JAVA technologiesFamiliarity with software development and related knowledge management processes and tools (Atlassian experience preferred)Familiarity with the DoD and industry stand test cycles and test management tools (ALM Octane preferred)Experience with DoD (direct USAF preferred)Required Clearances and ScreeningsMUST be able to pass a US Government Security ClearanceAbout Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) No objective is beyond reach!
