Job Description:

Responsible for assisting the L'Oreal Consumer Products Division on the Walmart Account team with day-to-day tasks to grow account business and increase sales.

Key Job Accountabilities:

* Assist in set up and execution of 360 activation.

* Asset/Artwork submission

* Manage and track product orders.

* Run and analyze 360 activations (Luminate)

* Ad/Promo performance analysis

* Analysis of 3rd party retail reporting

* Manage creative briefs.

* New Item Tracking

* Social Monitoring of Walmart, our brands, & competitors including ratings & review

* Competitive analysis of new items with a focus on exclusives

* Ad hoc projects as directed by management.

Qualifications / Requirements:

* Recent college graduate (within 12 months) from a bachelor's program.

* Demonstrated interest in Sales, Merchandising and / or Marketing in the beauty industry.

* Computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office applications (strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) and database management.

* Effective interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
