Our client in industrial supplies (MRO) is looking for a Junior Sales Executive and may be open to a Senior Account Executive as well. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization. - Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with clients in the industrial supplies and MRO sectors.
- Support in growing business opportunities, with a primary focus on New York City Agencies and other institutional clients.
- Conduct prospecting activities to generate new leads and business opportunities in the MRO market.
- Prepare and support sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, and customer support) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay informed on MRO market trends.
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial supplies, MRO products, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, solution-driven sales environment.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive attitude toward business development.
