Junior Service Technician - Shea Apartments - J.F. Shea Company : Job Details

The Junior Service Technician is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the apartment community in accordance with Shea Properties standards, policies and procedures. The Junior Service Technician performs janitorial, light carpentry, light plumbing, painting, light electrical, pool maintenance, and other general and preventative maintenance repairs. The Pay range for this position $20.50 - $23.00/hour. The Jr. Service Technician is also eligible to participate in the discretionary annual bonus plan.
