The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 380 employees. Job Description Ensuring that within existing delivery obligations, orders are met on time and in full through effective interface management with customers, suppliers, production and commercial departments. - Independent timely coordination of customer orders and deliveries. - Effective cooperation/communication with external and internal customers (e.g. production, quality, controlling, logistics, etc.) - Regular creation of sales forecast and tracking of sales targets - Actively using the designated IT systems (MES, SAP, Ganttplant) for supply chain related tasks; - Responsible for management of the master data. - Scheduling of production orders under consideration of available capacities - Responsible for utilization of the machine and tool capacity (short- and long-term capacity planning) - Scheduling/procurement of production materials (e.g. raw material, components, packaging, etc., product relevant/relevant) and coordination of necessary services (e.g. repacking) - Responsible for inventory targets and inventory optimization - Preparation of evaluations and analyzes with the aim of continuous improvement of supply chain processes actively deriving and initiating improvement measures - Initiation of necessary service allocations (e.g. special charges) - Participation in the processing of complaints and organization of return orders - Responsible for preparation of sales/purchase orders to support subsequent invoicing process - If required, preparation of /participation in customer meetings, audits, etc... Qualifications Commercial training or technical/economic studies or comparable training. First practical experience in supply chain management. • Extensive experience and application • Has broad and deep expertise and experience from a variety of contexts • Own development of solutions • Can adequately handle and solve tasks and problems in challenging and complex situations in a new and unfamiliar environment • Can redefine tasks / situations, develop own new solutions and set the target corridor Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
