Job Location : New Bedford,MA, USA
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day to day operations of the program in accordance with the program, contract, DYS, DEEC and ECHS policies.
* Responsible for the scheduling of all staff and program activities.
* Responsible for fiscal oversight and supervision of staff as assigned.
* Facilitate and attend as directed, all meetings associated with the operation of the program, including administrative, staff, shift change, and treatment team meetings.
* Serve as a member of the administrative team and the on-call rotation.
* Assist in the hiring, counsel, discipline and discharge of staff; including participation in orientation, training and development opportunities for staff.
* Submit timely and accurate employee supervision documentation and performance evaluations.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the youth, their families, community agencies, licensing agents and vendors, including DYS and DEEC.
* Responsible for the daily maintenance and completion of the program logs and systems including fire drills, search, security check, and all other assigned systems.
* Develop and maintain positive community relationships.
* Adhere to all licensing and funding requirements.
* Monitor facility maintenance, upkeep and supply ordering.
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week
(Specific days are to be determined, however, one weekend day is required)
Tues -Saturday
* Two days- 9am-5pm
* Three days- 1pm-9pm
Salary: $60,000-$65,000 annually
