Multiple positions are available for specific content areas. Achievement Team Leaders will be subject to an interview process and will be appointed annually. Start Date: 2024- 2025 School Year 2024- 2025 School Year Salary: Per CBA Location: Octorara Primary Learning Center, Elementary School and Intermediate School Terms of Employment: Achievement Team Leaders will be appointed annually through an interview process Requirements: Experience

• Three or more years of teaching experience
• Evidence of leadership skills
• Evidence of human relations skills

Education

• Master's Degree Preferred
• Evidence of continuing professional development

Certification

• Holds a valid Pennsylvania Instructional II certificate

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist building leadership teams in developing and monitoring the progress of building goals. (quarterly)
• Collaborate with building leadership teams to analyze student achievement and behavioral data to inform instructional practice, and share with Achievement Teams. (Monthly)
• Participate in Professional Development designed for teacher leaders.
• Facilitate Achievement Team Meetings and complete and share documentation with the building principal.
• Meet bi-monthly with the building principal to review AT progress. (Bi-Monthly)
• Contribute to monthly department-level parent and family communication.
