• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• 24-hour shifts
• ACLS and BLS needed
• 3 - 6 patients per 24 hrs
• Case logs for a minimum of 5 C-sections & 5 vaginal deliveries in the past 2 yrs required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
