Starting Wages- $27.07 and up, based on position.
Hourly Pay Differentials 2nd shift $.70.
Longevity Pay $.10 cents each hour for every 2 years worked with a cap at $1.20.
Trainers Pay $1.00 each hour for assigned training.
Paid Sick Leave-
80 hours of Paid Sick Leave (PSL) prorated based on start date.
Sell back any unused PSL at the end of year.

Job Description
This is a physical position and often requires repetitive lifting of smaller products (up to 50 lbs.), assisted lifting of heavier products, standing for extended periods, walking within cell, maneuvering for bending, twisting, and lifting arms overhead. Standard safety gear is required, safety boots, ear plugs, safety glasses and other as determined. The environment can be cold based on activity in the plant (overhead doors opening) and very hot depending on outside temperature, and equipment operations.
JOB DUTIES
Make molds using sand and through the use of patterns.
Ability to handle grinder unit and accurate maneuvering of product.
Ability to perform essential requirements of job.
Safe operations including all safety gear.
Must be dependable.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Ged or diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to read, write, conduct basic arithmetic.
Manufacturing experience in heavy manufacturing [preferred]
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to tolerate standing for extended periods.
Ability to tolerate safe levels of noise, heat, dust and cold.
Repetitive motion and work
