She/he works alongside the Global Sales Leisure MEA APAC team and focuses on the relationship management with B2B Leisure Connected accounts to ensure the fulfillment of the global accounts' objectives as well as the development of new opportunities & connectivity projects. The Key Account Director - B2B Leisure Connected Partners drives incremental growth and communicates widely the distribution strategy & business opportunities to regions/hotels and onboard them to any change in the distribution landscape.What you will be doing:
  • Develop and Implement comprehensive Strategic Business and Account Plans for designated accounts, outlining revenue-driving strategies to enhance revenue and market share.
  • Utilize regular data analysis to identify and capitalize on sales and distribution opportunities, striving for revenue optimization.
  • Represent Accor at regional and national Trade events, special events and networking functions.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities for Accor and its hotels across the hub.
  • Connect new B2B accounts to Accor systems, enhance web indirect contribution.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
    • Holds Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Tourism or Hotel Management.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in Hospitality Industry with a sound understanding of Hotel Operations, Sales, Marketing and Distribution.
    • Strong knowledge of TARS, DARAWEB systems.
    • Demonstrates expertise in presentation skills.
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
    • Exhibits strong leadership and interpersonal skills when engaging with key stakeholders.
    • Adept at managing conflict, schedules, and urgent projects promptly and effectively.
    • Capable of autonomously making sound business decisions through strategic thinking and decisive action.Additional InformationWhat is in it for you:
