Job Summary
The role will be focused on strategic enterprise accounts, comprising of the Global 500. You will work with your supporting team to identify opportunities, map accounts, and expand key stakeholder relationships. This is a closing role, and therefore responsible for the entire sales cycle, including the revenue attributed to winning new customers in the enterprise space.
Location - The ideal candidate may be based in Boston, DMV, New Jersey, New York, or any major metropolitan area across the Northeast region of the United States.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through the acquisition of new business and upsells within your assigned territory, targeting a named account list of companies with $1B - $5B+ in revenue.
- Build a strategic sales funnel through outbound prospecting, developing relationships with regional partners and collaborating with the marketing team.
- Present and demonstrate Darktrace cyber threat defense solutions to information security experts and C-level executives.
- Partner closely with Darktrace Subject Matter Experts, Technical Account Managers and Cyber Threat Analysts who will support you in delivering Proof of Values (POVs) to prospective customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B full-cycle sales experience in security is required.
- Channel experience is strongly preferred.
- Expert in forecasting with a practiced, successful sales methodology and passion for hunting new business.
- Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build lasting, critical business relationships.
