Your Role: As a Key Account Specialist on our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for assuring that customer orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner. • Responsible for processing orders and resolving exceptions that prevent timely execution of the orders for specific customers.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate to seek and drive solutions for customer accounts.

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree or relevant years' experience.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of Transportation, Production Planning, Warehousing, and Credit.

Icing on the cake:

• Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
• Computer software skills.
