Kids Ministry Assistant - Christ Fellowship : Job Details

The Kids Ministry Assistant provides support and care for different aspects of the kids ministry at our Belle Glade location. JOB DUTIES:

• Supporting Kids experiences to create an excellent, safe, fun, meaningful, and engaging environment as determined by the campus kids team.
• Selecting and equipping a volunteer team so they can thrive in their assigned roles on the Christ Fellowship Kids team.
• Ensuring our children are properly checked into the environment and checked out of the environment using our security tags.
• Ensure resources are prepared and distributed in preparation for various experiences.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of events and spiritual milestones.

• Supporting the supervision of midweek programming during the week as directed.
• Attending weekly staff meetings and Department meetings as directed.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent, and experience in working with children.
• Passion to help others discover their purpose and connect in ministry.
• The ability to stand, sit, reach, and lift up to 40lbs if needed.

• Classification: Part Time (25 hours), hourly (non-exempt)
