DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee our growing Kiosk operations within Great Circle Catering (GCC). The Kiosk Operations Manager will collaborate with Great Circle Catering's leadership team to optimize day to day operations of existing kiosks, while looking for growth opportunities. This individual will be a well-versed hospitality professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, possess culinary knowledge, and have some sales and/or marketing experience.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operational oversight of existing kiosks
- Work to identify new kiosk opportunities
- Operational and Hospitality centric training of all kiosk team members
- Work with kiosk team members to mentor and elevate individual performance
- Work with GCC's leadership to maximize profit while working to reduce waste, control costs and conserve resources
- Schedule staff for each kiosk weekly, ensuring proper staffing levels and be able to backfill staff when needed
- Oversee hiring of kiosk staff
- Ensure all kiosks are in health code compliance at all times
- Assist with the implementation of processes and procedures across the kiosks
- Lead by example, upholding a culture of respect, collaboration, and honesty
- Willing to help in other areas of the catering operation as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Verifiable career path with a minimum of 3 years of leadership in a Hospitality setting
- Culinary background preferred, not required
- Ability to remain calm and stay flexible in stressful situations
- Adhere to timelines and deadlines
- Project Management experience preferred, not required
- Effectively communicate with team members, leadership, clients and vendors
- Experience with Inventory Management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience with POS systems, Square preferred
- Experience with scheduling software
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
