Kitchen Cook - SSP : Job Details

We are currently seeking Kitchen Cooks to join our team at restaurants within the CID Airport.

Here are some of the responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

• Prepare, garnish, and present ordered items following recipes and portion control
• Maintain kitchen/station set-up and requisitioning of food and supplies
• Proper handling, storage, and rotation of products
• Responsible for equipment maintenance and cleanliness
• Stocking, cutting, and storage of perishables
• General cleaning tasks and adherence to health standards
• At least 18 years old with one year of food service experience
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
