• Full Time Position with Overtime available. The position requires the ability to work at night and on the weekends, and during holidays.

Requirements

• Must have previous kitchen management experience. You will lead three to six shift supervisors who will assist the management of 15-30 team members.

• Basic business understanding of financial budgeting for profit and sales of a restaurant. *If you are seeking a degree in business, this a great opportunity to gain practical knowledge!*

• The ability and understanding to manage scheduling, inventory, and training.
